3 Price And Payment
The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website includes delivery charges but exclude VAT.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card.
The charge will be taken from your card once we have confirmed the order but this can vary slightly depending on their bank. You will also receive an email with proof of confirmation.
4 Delivery
We currently only offer UK-only shipping, on Royal Mail Standard. Delivery charges are included in the price of the product.
5 Our Returns Policy
We will accept any reasonable request on returns, subject to validation. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

If the Products We deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged, lost or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, to:
make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery; or
replace or repair any Products that are damaged or defective; or
refund to you the amount paid by you for the Products in question.
